By not being tied to insurance requirements means your child can access services faster as no prior authorization is needed nor are there any clinical hours caps!

Providers families and clinicians to dictate clinical requirements based on need rather than insurance requirements/standards
Allows for clinicians to offer services which are not deemed as “approved” services by insurance (school observations/support, community therapy etc)
Families whose plans have no ABA benefits or are considered as out-of-network with us
Private Pay
Your child’s sessions will be billed based on the type of service being provided on a weekly basis. We are also able to work with you to provide a service invoice which can be eligible for HSA/FSA or out of network reimbursement.
Our options include a “pay as you go” as well as “prepay and save” option depending on the service.
We believe in transparent billing, therefor each private pay families receives a good faith estimate prior to the start of services along with locked rates for an easy of mind.
Rates are reviewed on a 6 month calendar year basis with a 60 day notice of rate changes for all families.
